The Zemirot Database claims a copyright (all rights reserved) over the non-user-generated content of this site, including (but not limited to) the design, structure, code, and instructions.

All user-generated content that is not original is either in the public domain or is a properly-attributed, culturally-important text used for educational, non-commercial purposes. Works in this category retain the same copyright status as the status they had prior to inclusion in the Zemirot Database. The supervisors of the Zemirot Database will remove non-original content that does not fit the above criteria.

All original user-generated content created by anonymous users may be reproduced or altered by anybody for any purpose, provided that the Zemirot Database is credited.

All original content created by registered users may also be reproduced or altered, but the contributing user should be credited as well as the Zemirot Database. Please contact us if you are unsure who the contributing user is.

These copyright restrictions shall not be construed to prevent users from printing or distributing original content created by Zemirot Database contributors for personal, non-commercial use in groups of under 100 people. Original content may be used in this case without attribution.
