By checking "I agree to the Terms of Use", you agree that any content that you upload to the Zemirot Database is either your own original work, work that you have full rights to distribute, content that is in the public domain, or a properly attributed, culturally important text used for educational, non-commercial purposes. Any user-generated content that is not your original work and not work that you have full rights to distribute retains the same copyright status as the status it had prior to inclusion in the Zemirot Database.

All recordings uploaded must be your original creation or a work that you have full rights to distribute. The supervisors of the Zemirot Database will remove any non-original content that does not fit the above criteria.

If you anonymously upload original work or work that you have full rights to distribute, you agree that this content may be reproduced or altered by anybody for any purpose, provided that the Zemirot Database is credited.

If you upload original content or content that you have full rights to distribute, and identify the creator of the work, you agree that this work may be reproduced or altered for any purpose including commercial use, provided that the creator of the work is credited along with the Zemirot Database. You also agree that individuals may print or distribute your work for non-commercial use without attribution.
