Translation:

It was taught:
Rabbi Yishmael the son of Elisha said:
One time I went to burn incense in the inner sanctuary and inside I saw Aktariel Yah the Lord of Hosts who was sitting on a high and mighty chair.
And the Lord said to me, Yishmael, my son, bless me.
And I said, "May it be your will before you that your mercy conquers your anger, and that your mercy prevails over your other attributes, and that you act towards your children with the attribute of mercy, and that you judge them leniently ("bring them before the line of the law").
The Lord nodded with his head.
