Ki mitzion
tetze torah,
udvar Hashem mirushalayim
כִּי מִצִּיּוֹן
תֵּצֵא תוֹרָה,
וּדְבַר יְיָ מִירוּשָׁלָֽיִם.

Translation:

For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem​.
