This is an instructional ditty for teaching a traditional tune for Shabbat Mincha. The first sentence of the ditty is an excerpt from an old commercial for the cereal Crispy Critters:
"The one and only cereal that comes in the shape of animals." (From the Crispy Critters advertisement.)
It is so good and yummy, I want it in my tummy.
An instructional melody learned at Camp Ramah for the purpose of remembering the nusach to Shabbat Mincha.
See an example of the "One and only cereal that comes in the shape of animals" Crispy Critters commercial. The tune in the commercial is different, the only part of the commercial used here is the "one and only" line: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=epQc4u98WFI
