Baruch atah adonai eloheinu melech haolam, shehechiyanu vekiyemanu vehigiyanu lazman hazeh.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יי אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם
שֶׁהֶחֱיָנוּ וְקִיְּמָנוּ וְהִגִיעָנוּ לַזְּמַן הַזֶּה

Translation:

Blessed are you, Adonai, our God, King of the Universe,​ who has provided us with life, and sustained​ us, and brought us to this moment.

Information:

Blessing during a momentous time, such as a new beginning or an important ending. Also said during each holiday, or when eating a new food.
