Translation:

Magnified and sanctified be his great name.

In the world which he hath created according to his will, may he establish his kingdom.

During your life and during your days, and during the life of all the house of Israel, even speedily and at a near time, and say ye, Amen.

Let his great name be blessed for ever and to all eternity.

Blessed, praised and glorified, exalted, extolled and honored, magnified and lauded be the name of the Holy One, blessed be he.

Though he be high above all the blessings and hymns, praises and consolations, which are uttered in the world; and say ye, Amen.

[May the prayers and requests of all of the House of Israel be accepted before their father in Heaven; and say ye, Amen.]

{Unto Israel and its rabbis, and all their students, and all of their students' students, and everyone who studies the Torah, in this place and in every place, may there be for us and for them, a great peace, favor and lovingkindness and compassion, long life and abundant food, and salvation, in front of their father in heaven; and say ye, Amen.}

May there be abundant peace from heaven, and life for us and for all Israel; and say ye, Amen.

He who maketh (the) peace in his high places, may he make peace for us and for all Israel; and say ye, Amen.

Information:

Hatzi Kaddish (Half Kaddish) - omit last 3 paragrahs (end after "damiran bealmah veimru amen.")
Kaddish Yatom (Mourner's Kaddish) - omit paragraph in brackets.
Kaddish Derabanan (Rabbi's Kaddish) - Omit paragraph in square brackets, add paragraph in squiggly brackets
Kaddish Shalem (Full Kaddish) - Add paragraph in square brackets, omit paragraph in squiggly brackets
Rosh Hashana through Yom Kippur - add words in parenthesis.

The song is praising Hashem and is requesting to attach the prayers we did with a minyan with good intentions, to bring the final redemption closer.
Also, when a person has lived his entire life, we ask Hashem to incorporate the individual's story into the "big story." Therefore, kaddish is incorporated in the burial ceromony.
The demands are so special that the language used is Aramaic and not Hebrew. The angles understand Hebrew, but not Aramaic (Sotah 33a), so when we use Aramaic, we are speaking directly to Hashem.
