There are mistakes.​

its Pene Shabbath and not Pnei. Pnei is a spoken street language,​ it's a mistake.
Tzere​h Maleh in Hebrew is read as Tzere Khaser. in this case Pene! or maximum P'ne!
def. not Pnei! It is "Ey" only when its read in Ashkenazi​ pronounci​ation but since the whole text here is written by the Sefaradi one it must be Pene/P'ne​.
